CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

1. All bookings will be accepted, subject to availability of accommodation, and receipt of deposit for each week of the hire period.
2. All hire periods ( except Easter ) start and finish on Saturday ( except by prior arrangement ). New arrivals collect their keys from 3 p.m. onwards. Accommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
3 Deposits will be refunded if we are unable to arrange a Booking, but deposits are forfeited in the event of cancellation of hiring accommodation.
4. Receipts will be sent to confirm all Bookings accepted.
5. The party shall consist exactly as listed, unless previously agreed In writing.
6. No pets will allowed be brought onto the Estate during the hire period.
7. Full payment of the balance is required 30 days prior to the hire period.
8. All members of the party over the age of 18 years will be allowed use of the Estate Bar during their stay.
9. Children will only be allowed in the Family Room when their parents are in the amenity building.
10. Chalets will not be used to accommodate more than six persons during the hire period.
11. The Management reserve the right to request any party to leave the Estate should their conduct be prejudicial to the well being of other visitors.
